We sit at the intersection of three key disciplines:  analytics, marketing, and technology/development.  Many companies struggle to build talent and teams in 2 of the 3 disciplines.  Very few are able to win at all 3.

Many market-leading companies have terabytes of data being generated — huge potential assets that rot rather than generate value.  Sometimes this is operational data exhaust waiting to be recouped and put to good use.  Worse, expensive data marts live unconnected, siloed across the organization, waiting to be leveraged, offering a fraction of the value the cost to maintain.

We’ve created inexpensive and agile ways to connect the dots and create data-driven cultures.  Rather than bringing in consultants, implementation teams, or expensive software, we believe a small, nimble, cross-functional team can lightly connect the data, isolate and prioritize key value streams, and design and build solutions that create quick wins.  This analytic and product development scaffolding builds wins quicker and drives cultural change.

On the other end of the spectrum, highly capable development teams are inventing the future of marketing technology.  Many of these startups, however, are building wonderful things that are impossible to buy.

We’ve intrepreneured inside large holding companies.  We know what it takes to sell to big companies.  We can shape startup development roadmaps to create products companies will seek out, rather than ones startups need an expensive salesforce to peddle.
